Sellers want to know their property is being marketed and represented, by their trusted advisor, to attract the highest possible price and the most favorable and clean terms. Buyers want to know that their trusted advisor is working diligently to secure their ideal property with the best possible price and terms. As your trusted advisor, regardless of whether you are buying or selling, I step in as your partner as the negotiator, consultant, and manager in this complex process.
While I take this business very seriously, I am not a ‘stuffed shirt’. You are more likely to find me wearing shorts and sandals than a sports jacket and slacks. If you prefer to work with someone who can take a joke (and try to tell one back) we may be well suited to work together.
